Video is the format people actually watch, and the one most teams cannot keep up with. Every update means booking a person, a studio and an edit, so the message either goes out late or goes out as text. The question was whether a presenter could speak on demand, without a shoot behind every sentence.
The challenge
Presenting on camera does not scale. A familiar face makes a message land, but that face has a calendar, and every new version — another language, a corrected figure, a fresh announcement — starts the whole production over. Anything that changes often ends up back on paper instead.
The alternatives carried their own cost. Sending faces and voices to an outside service raises questions the legal team is right to ask, and specialist production kept the format out of reach for a team that wanted to use it routinely.
The outcome
A familiar presenter can now say something new without anyone booking a studio. Messages go out while they are still current, in the languages the audience actually speaks, and a correction is a change of words rather than a change of plan.
Just as important, nothing has to leave the building. It runs on the organisation's own hardware, so the people responsible for likeness and privacy know exactly where the material sits. That is what made the format usable at all.
“A face people trust should not be a bottleneck.”
