A marketing team was being asked to fill more channels than it had people to fill them. Producing more was possible; producing more that still sounded like the brand was not. What was missing was not another content tool — it was the person who holds the brand in their head and checks everything against it. So that is what we built: a brand manager that happens to be an AI.
The challenge
Content had become a queue. Ideas waited on a writer, drafts waited on a designer, and finished work waited on approval. By the time a post cleared the last step, the moment that prompted it had usually passed.
The pressure to keep up pulled the brand apart. Different people wrote in different registers, visuals came from wherever was quickest, and nobody could say with confidence whether what went out still matched the guidelines. Reviewers became the only safeguard left, which made review the slowest part of the process.
The outcome
The team now starts from something rather than nothing. A rough idea comes back as a set of on-brand options, with copy and visuals that belong together, so the first conversation is about which direction is right instead of who has time to write.
The brand judgement that used to live with one or two senior people is applied to everything, every time, without becoming a bottleneck. Approvals happen where the work is made and scheduling follows in the same flow. The people who used to guard the brand now spend their time shaping it.
“Scale is only worth having if the brand survives it.”
